Newcastle Living

Local Insights:
Inner Suburbs

The inner suburbs of Newcastle provide wonderful safe family living over a variety of suburbs dating back to the early 1900s.

Local Insights Edition 13: Inner Suburbs

Clock Tower, Beaumont Street, Hamilton

The hub of this area is Hamilton and its adjoining suburbs, where you’ll find a diverse range of property types including Californian style bungalows, terrace homes and free- standing brick and tile homes.

Venture out just a few hundred metres and the dynamic changes. With larger lot sizes and a much more undulating environment as is the case in Adamstown Heights and Kotara, with many weatherboard homes built in the 50s and 60s, lovely leafy streets and an excellent choice for schooling and shopping with Westfield at your doorstep.
